By Daniel Tornatore
June 13, 2016

Paramus, NJ - The Paramus Environmental Commission has teamed up with the Shade Tree Commission to plant a tree to recognize the efforts of Paramus High School's AP environmental science students. This year, the members of APES were asked to put together videos showcasing ways to help reduce our impact on climate change. The ceremony will begin at 9AM on Monday, June 13th at Paramus High School and will conclude with the tree planting. The ceremony will be held in the center of the courtyard behind the PHS Library. The tree planting is a combined effort between the town commissions and the high school to celebrate the great young minds of Paramus for engaging in the increasingly relevant climate change conversation. Refreshments will be served.
